Our tours cover a tremendous variety of riding    conditions including twisty mountain roads, the  possibility of sand, gravel, or debris on the pavement,    and even the likelihood of encountering rain or fog while we are riding.  Elevations will change and may climb as high as 6,684 feet.  Motorcycle riding can expose people  to temperature changes that vary widely.  These tours    are not a place for the novice rider, or a place to learn to ride a motorcycle. It is important that as a participant    you are in reasonable physical health and accustomed     to spending all day aboard a motorcycle.  The use of illegal drugs and/or alcohol during any of our tours is expressly prohibited , and in those states that require      the use of a helmet, so does Smokey Mountain   Motorcycle Rides.  Please review our ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK and WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY form prior to signing up for      any of our tours.  A printable copy of the form may be downloaded for your review using the PDF* Download File  button below.  You may complete the form prior to your arrival, or you may wait and fill it out at the time of your tour.
